If you want to visit Germany for business or tourism you may require a visa. Schengen visa are usually referred to as “Type C” visas.
They can be issued for only one or multiple entries, and for the duration of up to 90 days or for many years, provided you don’t stay longer than 90 days within a timeframe of 180 days.
The most decisive requirement for getting your visa approved is showing that you have ties to your country of origin and good reasons to return within the allowed stay in Germany.
It’s not unusual to have your petition rejected. On that case we can help you by filing an appeal before the embassy or consulate. Sometimes it’s required to file a lawsuit before the administrative Court in Berlin. We can do that for you too.
